FNWF

For FNWF i put together a cute little stitchery i did a few of these before xmas to pop into xmas cards to send to friends and i had found 2 more that i had traced out, this is a lovely design by Michelle Ridgway.

I also got another snowie started,i have fun making xmas decorations
To see what the other ladies got up to go Here and a big thankyou to my buddy Chez for hosting FNWF .

We have had the 3 littlest Grandies for 3 days while my DD and SIL have been moving house,i made them some pancakes with a berry syrup and boy it was yummy, recipe for the berry syrup here.

The grandies other nana and Pa got the kiddies a slip and slide for xmas so they bought it out while they stayed with us.

Boy they had some fun with it,its great watching them laughing and playing.

I made these lovely sushi rolls for lunch and they are so yummy and healthy as well, recipe below.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend .
cheers Shez xx

  8. Another great quote! Nice to see the grands playing on the slip & slide - there would be none of that HERE (unless you count slipping accidentally on ice!). The wee snowman is adorable.

  22. I like the beading around the ornament such a perfect finis to these sweet embroidered pieces. I'm having trouble realizing is summer there. It was 4 degrees here, not as bad as MaryAnn is having though. So I'm not griping.
